As part of its 2018 Composer Development Project, the Flinders Quartet made a studio recording and produced a short run of ‘commemorative’ CDs. I have attached their recording of my String Quartet no. 1 to a video of the Haiku poems and woodblock prints that inspired the piece here.
I was selected to participate in the 2018 Flinders Quartet Composer Workshop, which culminated in a live-streamed concert in Melbourne on 12th August 2018. An (edited) video of my piece can be found here, and the full concert can be viewed on the Flinders Quartet website
I introduced and presented my ‘3 Symphonic Dances’ at H20: Life & Death, an international symposium hosted by the J.M. Coetzee Centre for Creative Practice at Adelaide University on 16th September 2017.
